Who has been YOUR player of the season?

It won't be long before the goalposts are taken down, the pitch is taken up, and the players jet off on holiday. The end of the season is nearly upon us which can mean only one thing: the Player of the Season vote!

It's the inaugural NUFC Blog Player of the Season vote, and it's up to you, the fans, to decide the winner. Such is the prestige of this carefully sculpted (made from wood, tinfoil and sweat) award you'll need to carefully consider your vote to make sure the right person wins this much sought after accolade.

There will be ground rules though. Any player listed on the following poll will have had to have made ten starts in the Premier League to be considered. They must also still be registered with Newcastle United, which is why Wayne Routledge sneaks into the vote. Erm that's about it actually for ground rules. The nominees are as follows.
