There was a lot of interest and entries for this competition and nearly 200 people put themselves in with a chance of winning the Newcastle United 2010/2011 Premier League season review DVD. The most common guess as to who we would have in the first game of the season was Liverpool which was picked a staggering 22 times. Norwich was a close second with 17 times with Manchester United rounding off the top three with 13 guesses.
In the end though there was just one person who managed to predict that we would be playing Arsenal on the opening day of the season. Congratulations to TonyGreenSupreme! As an added bonus I’ve found this musical clip of a rather appropriate song from his era.

Basically each player has a value, you have to buy a certain number of players for certain positions(depending on formation), there’ll be a maximum number of players you can buy from any one club, you buy your team staying within your budget then off ya go 😀
