  1. Quote from Sammy Ameobi on Twitter last night, ” Missed our skipper and tayls today, height at set plays was all they had on us but it was enough”.
Exactly what we all thought before, during and after the game, what puzzles me is why the coaching staff thought they would get away with it, it was so predictable it was infuriating.
My mate is a Norwich fan and he says thats the first time they have played and aerial game this season, they normally pass it about but they watered the pitch from 11am onwards and lumped it knowing full well we were playing 4 full backs.
I like Pardew but he was out thought yesterday by Lambert and if he is honest, he must have been squirming yesterday, i dont buy that he could do nothing about it, he put his faith in 2 players he ” Likes” at the expense of playing some height at the back and he didnt give himself any options from the bench either, worst defensive performance under Pardew ever and lets hope he has a long hard look at the video and instead of blaming injuries, blame himself.
