As reported by NUFC.co.uk, Newcastle fans that were planning to go to the Brentford away game will yet again find themselves exasperated by the decision of Sky Sports.
It may not have been too much of a problem this season, due to Sky Sports’ wishes to show top level football where possible.
However, Sky Sports have selected Newcastle’s game against Brentford for the television, moving the game to a Monday night, which itself is not too much of a dilemma.
It is not that the game has been moved to a Monday night which gives Newcastle fans the right to complain, this happens to plenty of clubs. The main issue is that if either Newcastle or Brentford draw their preceding FA Cup fixtures, the game will be moved again, this time back to the weekend.
Meaning that fans who have arranged travel and bought tickets, may have wasted their money.
