As reported by the Chronicle, Jack Colback has spoken out about his move to Newcastle.
When asked if he had any regrets, regarding his move to Tyneside, Colback said: “No, none at all.
“It’s football and if you look at the Premier League now any team down from eighth could get relegated.
“That’s the way it is now.
He then opened up about, honestly, about the sides relegation from the Premier League last season, saying: “We were flirting with it and stayed up, then in the second season for me it happened. It’s a risk.
“Three teams go down and nobody is exempt from that.
Colback then went on to reassure Newcastle fans, about his feelings since joining the club, adding: “But I have no regrets and if I didn’t come here I would have always thought: ‘What could have been’.
“This is my hometown team and I would never try to change it.”
