NUFC Debutant Describes The Experience As ‘Magical’

As reported by the Chronicle, Stuart Findlay has given an interview after making his debut for Newcastle.

Speaking after the midweek win against Birmingham, Findlay said: “I’m over the moon – it’s the best feeling in the world,”

“Just to know that you’re starting at St James’ is a dream come true.

“When I signed here at the start of the season that’s what I wanted.

“I just hope I’ve repaid the faith the gaffer showed in me.

“To make my debut at St James’ in the FA Cup, it’s a magical story to tell and I’m feeling on top of the world just now.

“A lot of people were questioning my move when I came here, thinking surely I should look for a regular first-team slot.

“But when a team like Newcastle come in for you, then you’re not going to knock it back.

“The amount I’ve learned in six months, you wouldn’t learn it from any other club.

“To have it pay dividends by playing at such an arena like this then you know it’s all been worthwhile.”

  1. Why are you giving this guy the time and attention? He slated celtic and scottish football when he left, making very disrespectful comments about us. F*** him!
