Sky Sports have today confirmed Newcastle’s interest in Senegalese International Badou N’diaye, claiming they are set to battle West Ham for the highly-rated midfielder.
The 26-year-old has been impressing in the Turkish league for Osmanlispor, bagging 18 goals and 7 assists across the past two seasons from midfield.
Not only have Sky Sports confirmed Newcastle’s and West Ham’s interest, Osmanlispor themselves have today admitted to agreeing a deal with an unnamed English club.
N’Diaye is believed to have offers from Spain, Germany and Italy, but Sky Sports understand he has his heart set on a move to the Premier League.
The Daily Mirror had suggested the player could be heading to West Ham earlier today, but following Sky’s update, confirming our interest, this could be one to watch.
