Some transfer news emerged this week suggesting Mo Diame could be on his way out of NUFC in January, with The Mirror claiming he was ‘keen’ on a reunion with Steve Bruce that would see him sign for former Championship rivals Aston Villa.
The Chronicle have since admitted he could be shipped out this winter, confirming that he has admirers in the Championship, and Aston Villa fans have since reacted to the rumours of his potential January arrival.

It seems those who are keen are probably remembering the Mo Diame of old from his promising Wigan and West Ham days, however those not in favour have most likely seen just how poor he was in the second tier for us last season.
