TEAM NEWS – Benitez makes FIVE changes & some VERY big calls for the NUFC team to play West Ham

The teams are out for this afternoon’s 3pm kick off against West Ham and Rafa has made FIVE changes from the side who lost to 1-0 to Arsenal last weekend – and some VERY dubious decisions..

OUT – Lejeune, Merino, Hayden, Murphy, Perez

IN – Clark, Diame, Saivet, Ritchie, Gayle

Here’s the full team we’ll see line-up against David Moyes’ side today:

NUFC XI – (4-2-3-1) – Elliot – Yedlin, Lascelles, Clark, Manquillo – Ritchie, Diame, Saivet, Atsu, – Joselu, Gayle.  (Subs: Darlow, Dummett, Haidara, Mbemba, Murphy, Aarons, Perez.)

  • 4-4-2
  • Merino and Hayden are missing with ‘knocks’
  • Diame AND Saivet start in midfield
  • Clark in for Lejeune (whose not even in the squad)
  • Ritchie returns for Murphy
  • Gayle up top with Joselu in place for Perez
  • Haidara on the bench

West Ham XI –  Adrian, Reid, Ogbonna, Cresswell, Zabaleta, Kouyate, Obiang, Masuaku, Ayew, Arnautovic, Antonio.

Thoughts??
