The draw for the 4th round of the FA Cup has been made live on BBC in the last few moments and we have been drawn to face an away trip to either Chelsea OR Norwich – with the game set to take place on the weekend of 27-28th January.
With all due respect to the Canaries, a trip to face Conte’s Chelsea at Stamford Bridge looks very likely to await us in a few weeks.
Norwich and Chelsea were held to a 0-0 draw on Saturday night, and the winners of the reverse fixture at Stamford bridge next Wednesday (LIVE on BBC One) will be the team we play in the next round.
Benitez and the boys progressed to the fourth round on Saturday with a 3-1 win over Luton at St James’ Park and the strong side fielded was a sign that we’re taking the Cup seriously this year – and rightly so when 47,000 turn up!

Ironically, Denis Wise conducted the draw and he didn’t bring us much luck, with us now playing away to his former side later this month.
It’s looking like a real tough trip to the Bridge, but who knows what we can achieve. We certainly look like we’re taking it seriously enough to give it a go!
Chelsea vs Norwich can be watched LIVE on the BBC One next Wednesday. I think it’s fair to say I’ll be an adopted Norwich fan for the night. Hopefully Jacob Murphy’s twin brother can do the business for them..
HWTL!
