Worrying news for NUFC fans as European giant enters race to sign Kenedy this summer – Report

Some worrying news has emerged from Germany today, with ‘Kicker’ claiming that Bayern Munich will pursue the signing of Kenedy  this summer.

Sky Sports confirmed that the German giants were tracking the Brazilian last month, and it’s now being claimed they will make a move for him this summer – with them believed to see the 22-year-old as a possible replacement for soon to be sold left-back Bernat.

Benitez has made it clear that Kenedy is a player we will attempt to sign this summer, however it’s also become clear that it won’t be an easy deal to complete. This perhaps sums up just why.

Time will tell if Bayern do actually make a move, but it sounds like we’re facing a real fight to have him back at the club next season.

Will Chelsea even sell him? Will the big guns outmuscle us in the market if they do? Will we pay the price-tag if they do sell? Would he opt for guaranteed game time at NUFC over a potential big move away?

One thing I will say in all of this is Kenedy should think long and hard about his next move. He’s barely been played at Chelsea over the last few years and doesn’t want to earn a ‘big move’ only to sit on the bench and flush a few more years of his career down the drain.

I’d love to have him back, but it’s not going to be easy..

  1. CHELSEA WON,T SELL KENEDY TO ANYONE THIS SEASON,HIS VALUE WILL KEEP RISING,SO I THINK WE WILL BE IN A GOOD POSITION TO GET HIM ON LOAN AGAIN.
