‘Super computer’ predicts final 2018/19 Premier League table four games into the new season

Four games into the new season, talkSPORT’s ‘super computer’ has predicted where every team will finish in the 2018/19 Premier League table – having Newcastle down to finish in 15th place.

As many may expect, they have Cardiff to finish rock bottom and Huddersfield in 19th, however it’s somewhat of a surprise to see West Ham chosen as the third club to go down in 18th place.

Yes they’ve had a bad start – losing all four games – but the quality of their squad and calibre of new manager Manuel Pellegrini should see them sort things out soon enough.

It’s to be taken with a complete pinch of salt, but here’s how they have it, from 1st-20th:

  1. Man City
  2. Liverpool
  3. Tottenham
  4. Chelsea
  5. Man Utd
  6. Arsenal
  7. Everton
  8. Watford
  9. Leicester
  10. Bournemouth
  11. Brighton
  12. Wolves
  13. Crystal Palace
  14. Fulham
  15. NEWCASTLE
  16. Burnley
  17. Southampton
  18. West Ham
  19. Huddersfield
  20. Cardiff

How do you see it panning out folks?

  1. yeah I think looks about what I would predict too in all honesty – other than WH in the bottom 3. With the players they have I think they have enough quality to get going eventually. I might be wrong like but I had Burnley taking that last spot. I think the extra demands of European football and not really strengthening in the summer will be their undoing. Saints – depends on the fitness of Austin and Ings – keep them fit and they’ll be fine, if not they are in trouble too.
I think it will be tight down the bottom and we’ll survive in the last few weeks – but we’ll experience squeaking *** time again this season I reckon.
