He may have struggled during the 0-3 defeat to West Ham, but Kenedy’s latest post on social media involves a brilliant sly dig at Mike Ashley – with him scribbling out the Sports Direct logo when sharing a picture of himself in action on Saturday.
The Brazilian has clearly gained a real appreciation for Newcastle fans over the last year, and although he’s failed to hit his top form so far this season, this little edit on his Instagram page has been appreciated by NUFC fans!
Kenedy’s instagram story earlier, he deleted it and reposted the same picture with a difference.

On the subject of Sports Direct and Mike Ashley, it’s worth noting that the NUFC owner has been nowhere to be seen across the last two games – ending a run of him attending each and every game of ours over the past few months.
Let’s hope he leaves for good before long.
