After picking up his fifth yellow card of the season at Everton on Wednesday night, it has been confirmed that Fabian Schar will miss Sunday’s game with Wolves through suspension – however Matt Ritchie is back from a ban and available for selection.
Ritchie’s return is a boost, while Paul Dummett must be edging closer, but it could be a real blow to loose Schar for this one – with the Swiss international having been one of our top performers in recent weeks.
His numbers from Wednesday’s draw at Goodison were so impressive. He made the most clearances (12), the most interceptions (5), the most tackles (5), won the most aerial duels and pulled off some more impressive cross field passes – something which is becoming a trademark of his now.
Fabian Schar booked so that's a one-game ban for him #nufc

He was included in Who Scored’s team of the week with a 8.4 rating, but we’ll have to do without him this weekend.
We’ll miss his ball playing skills and confidence coming forward on the ball, however we should be in safe hands with Fernandez and Lascelles likely to start in his absence.
