Italian striker, French winger & 3 left-backs all said to be loan options for NUFC – Any takers?

With Ashley clearly reluctant to spend and Rafa in desperate need of new signings, it seems European loans our biggest chance of a transfer breakthrough this month.

On that note, we’ve been credited with interest in a whole host of players regarding a potential loan deal over the past few days.

Here’s a look at some of the players believed to be on Rafa’s loan radar according to reports this week:

Moise Kean (Striker) – The Chronicle have confirmed that we have watched the highly-rated Juventus striker on several occasions this season, with him likely to be loaned out this month to give the 18-year-old some much needed game time.

Martin Terrier – (Left winger / Striker) – L’Equipe claim that Rafa is a big fan of the French U-21 international and has been in touch with Lyon over a potential six-month loan deal. His versatility would be useful, but it sounds like the Ligue 1 side may opt to keep a hold of him.

Leonardo Spinazzola (left-back) – After contacting Juventus to enquire about players available to loan, the Chronicle claim that Italian full-back Spinazzola was one of the names put to Benitez. The 25-year-old had a season on loan with Serie A side Atlanta last season and has played just 4 times this year, so it looks like he’s an option.

Stanley N’Soki – (left-back) – The Chronicle have confirmed that the PSG wing-back is an option for Rafa Benitez this month, with the talented Frenchman being someone he tried to sign permanently over the summer. He’s not getting much game time with the Ligue 1 giants so a move until the end of the season could suit all parties.

Milad Mohammadi (left-back) – After rumours emerged that we were interested in the Iranian international full-back on Monday, the Daily Mail have confirmed that the 25-year-old is a loan option for Rafa Benitez. He plays for Russian Premier League side Akhmat Grozny and is entering the final few months of his contract, so a cut-price permanent deal may make more sense from the selling club’s perspective.

A few of these feel desperate at best, showing just how far we’ve fallen in the transfer market, but is there anyone here you’d be happy to sign?
