I’ve just tracked down these goal highlights of the match against Wolves. Enjoy.

Alreet. Just had me nose punched and chased all ower. I rang thr police coz some lad got chined off about 4 lads. The police came in the pub and asked about it; I told them who done it then got started on off a lsd who was friendly with them. Told the police like how do you expect people to ring you when this happens. I was sitting there, my face pouring of blood, Scott sitting next to me and the lease holder franticly running around tring to prtend nowt had happened. I just said get yourselves away, what am I to do, there’s nothing you can do you just get called a grass.

The match was such hard work, we went 3-0 soon into the second half, we made such hard work of it, they scored to get one back, then we nearly conceded another one and another. It must have been the most uncomfortable 4-1 ever but im pleased we got 3 points and we are top dogs in the north east.
Im not a grass honestly, I feel so weird, Ive just been punched all over for tring to protect somebody. 🙁

The match, we made bloody hard work of it. I must hold my hands up and congratulate Ferguson. He was good. I must say he is ten years ahead of his time in terms of his brains, he is a little small but he was very good, once or twice saving us from the counter even and MUCH better than Perch.
Ranger came on and he was very quick, he caused some problems but he didn’t really have a stand out chance. There was a time where the goal was unmarked and he smashed it over. It was quite funny actually but nevermind. If you saw the scoreline 4-1 you would think it was a walkover but believe me we made hard work of it in the second half.
We can breathe a little easier though for now, 39 points and top dogs. 🙂

We played very well for 65-70 mins, we were nervy after their goal, but we settled down again, all in all a good weekend… for me anyway, yours doesnt seem so good 🙄

I be alright man this place is getting so bad I can’t see him keeping the licence for much longer to be honest and Its not my fault. What am I supposed to do turn a blind eye. Its not the way I roll. At the end of the day our class shone through, individual brilliance won the game, all good goals scored by the toon.
I’m just so pleased that the points are in the bag, but to be honest Wolves were really garbage defensively, and we took advantage of that. Well done to the lads, with a weakened team, missing Tiote, Jose plus a knackered strike force, the morale and work ethic of the team shone through. 4 more points and we’ll definitely be safe. Then 4 – 5 signings in the summer will put us in good stead to push for europe next season… Howay the Lads !! 😀 😀

Pretty good write up to be honest, and things could have gone oh so differently if key decisions had have gone against us…Nolans trip especially…I feared a red at that moment, Fletcher missed a sitter etc…but at the end of the day the points are what count, no matter how you get them.. 😐
