Newcastle United have placed asking prices of £20 million each on the duo of Georginio Wijnaldum and Moussa Sissoko, according to reports from the Daily Mirror.
Following the announcement that Rafael Benitez would be continuing on as manager of Newcastle United, a host of players have pledged their allegiance to the Magpies as well.
However, there are doubts regarding the futures of a couple of first team stars and the duo of Georginio Wijnaldum and Moussa Sissoko very much look like they will be leaving St. James’ Park this summer.
Newcastle United are believed to be open to selling Wijnaldum and Sissoko but according to reports from the Daily Mirror, the Championship outfit have taken a hard stance regarding the two players’ asking price.
The report state that Newcastle will not entertain low ball offers for their wantaway stars and have allegedly told the agents of Wijnaldum and Sissoko to open negotiations only if they can find clubs that are willing to pay £20 million each for the duo.
