Sky Sports – NUFC set to hijack West Ham’s £8.5m midfielder move

Sky Sports report that West Ham are in talks to sign £8.5m rated Senegalese midfielder Badou N’Diaye, however sources close to the player believe the Magpies will make a late move a late move to hijack the deal.

N’Diay –  who plays for Turkish side Osmanlispor – is believed to have offers from Spain, Germany and Italy, but Sky Sports understand he has his heart set on a move to the Premier League.

The 26-year-old has been impressing in the Turkish league in recent years, bagging 18 goals and 7 assists across the past two seasons from midfield.

Whilst it has been suggested that Benitez is now turning his attention to a striker and a goalkeeper, we are in need of added spark in the centre of midfield, with the no.10 role and the over reliance on Jonjo Shelvey being a clear issue last season.
