Sky Sports have revealed today that Daniel Sturridge, Danny Ings and Diafra Sakho are all on Rafa Benitez’s list of strikers he is looking to bring to Newcastle on loan this month.
It was claimed by the Press Association earlier this week that Rafa Benitez had been given the green-light by Mike Ashley, however it has been suggested since that this may only mean three loan signings.
Knowing Ashley’s penny pinching approach (which has only been upped as he looks to sell), this might be the best we’re going to get this month and it seems these three strikers are being considered by Rafa as he looks to bring in some much needed firepower up top.
Here’s what Sky Sports had to say on our interest in the Liverpool and West ham strikers on their live transfer centre earlier today:

Personally, I see Sturridge as unrealistic. He’s currently on upwards of £100,000 a week at Liverpool and it’s been said that they are looking to sell him permanently – which would categorically price us out of a move.
Ings and Sakho seems far more realistic however. The former has suggested he wants to fight for his place at Anfield and the latter was linked with a £10m move away to Palace recently, but I see both being loaned out in the end as they come to the realisation that they won’t be used at their current clubs over the remainder of the season.

Don’t worry lads.
If you remember two weeks ago it was announced that another company from Dubai was interested in buying the club. Not only that they were prepared to meet Cashleys price of £350 million even if we were relegated.
Now we know that Cashley is an honest guy and as this announcement from the legal bees who were negotiating for cashley plus every newspaper and even sky spots (deliberate misspelling just like their news) so we can just sit back and wait for them to put the cash on the table and Cash will roll over take the cash and go.
