Confirmation of two senior exits at NUFC following the closure of the transfer window, with it being confirmed that Aleksandar Mitrovic has joined Fulham and Jack Colback has completed a move to Nottingham Forest – with both deals being on loans until the end of the season.
Starting with Mitrovic, the Serbian had been pictured arriving in Brussels to complete a move back to Belgian giants Anderlecht last night, however that move was called off at the last minute – with flying into London soon after to complete a move to Championship promotion contenders Fulham instead.
With just 4 Championship goals in 25 appearances last season, it’ll be interesting to see how he gets on during their promotion push!

Then to NUFC outcast Jack Colback who completes a loan move to fellow Championship side Nottingham Forest.
It had been suggested earlier in the day yesterday that he’d turned down a move to Hull, however Colback has now ended a nightmare spell on Tyneside by joining Aitor Karanka’s Forest until the end of the season.
After training with the reserves, failing to make a matchday squad all season and being omitted from the squad photo, it’s fair to say a move for the midfielder made sense for all parties!
✍️ #NFFC are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Jack Colback on loan until the end of the season.
