When Facundo Ferreyra arrived on loan in August 2014, he signed as a slightly unknown quantity, however no one could have envisaged him flopping so hard that he’d fail to play a single minute in a black and white shirt.
Almost 4 years on and the Argentinian striker is scoring goals in the Champions League, with him giving Shakhtar Dontesk a 2-1 league to take to Roma thanks to his goal in the first leg of their last 16 tie last night.
He couldn't get a minute for Newcastle…
But Facundo Ferreyra has now been directly involved in five goals in seven Champions League games this season ?
