Chelsea fans make some very interesting comments ahead of Kenedy’s move to NUFC

Chelsea fans have had their say on Kenedy ahead of his imminent move to NUFC, with several of their supporters clearly feeling as though he deserved a chance to impress at Stamford Bridge.

After his successful six-month stint at St James’ Park last season, it was always clear that Rafa would make an attempt to bring him back, and it’s been confirmed over the last few days that he WILL return on loan for the upcoming season.

Whilst he’s rarely been given a proper chance to impress at Chelsea, he’s rated highly by several fans at Stamford Bridge – and that’s made pretty clear based on their reaction to the news.

Here’s what Chelsea fans have had to say on Twitter after confirmation that he’s all set to seal a move to Newcastle:

“Kennedy should have been allowed to try his luck under Sarri”

‘Huge mistake to have the sell on clause. He’s a absolute baller. People judge him way to quick, watch him light it up for Newcastle this year.

‘Have we not learnt our lesson with Salah? What have we got to gain by putting a clause in there if it’s optional? What if he blows up? Find it strange given the lack of wingers and uncertainty of their futures why we won’t give the new manager the chance to look at him.’

‘Frustrating, personally think he could’ve made it with us’

‘That’s good just don’t sell him’

‘No loan! 25 mill or nothing!’

‘Buy back clause? I think this could be another one we regret selling. IF we sell him.’

‘Not again.. Should have been part of the first team but nope, prefer to spend ..smh’

‘Rate him highly. Was never given a proper chance despite always impressing in the cups. Same old Chelsea!’

‘Good luck to him. Had more to offer at CFC but realistically we were never going to let him shine. Rafa will no doubt get the best out of him and make us regret letting yet another top youngster go!’

“He needs 1 more season of unlimited game time …then he will be ready to set the bridge alight…”

“Why is this not a permanent move? Are we demanding too much again? I like the lad, but let him go”

“This is just the start. RLC will be next”

So, it sounds like they’re not best pleased – and that can only mean good things for NUFC!
