According to reports on Wearside, Sunderland are now ‘very interested’ in a deal to sign Newcastle United’s Ivan Toney on loan for the 2018/19 season – Full story here.
Rafa Benitez has warned Mike Ashley that he must deliver the goods over the final few weeks of the transfer window, admitting that we may be left ‘trying to avoid relegation’ again next season if we do not start spending – Full story here.
