Nottingham Forest star makes pathetic comments about Ayoze Perez & NUFC – Embarrassing

According to Nottingham Forest centre-back Michael Hefele, Ayoze Perez was too ‘soft’ in the way he went down last night – claiming it was NOT a penalty as goalkeeper Luke Steele ‘got the ball’.

Don’t get me wrong, Perez is a little too soft and weak at the best of times, but this is absolute nonsense when it comes to last night’s penalty incident.

After being handed the man of the match award by Sky Sports last night, here’s what the German defender has had to say about Perez, the six minutes of added time and the penalty claim that was not given:

“It’s a little bit much, six minutes, for what, because we just score once? The celebration was not so much.

“They didn’t have many chances and I’m just very happy for everybody here,”

“Steeley (Luke Steele) had the ball and I think this was a little bit soft from the striker that he goes down.

“For me it’s no penalty, but I’ll have to look at it. In my view, it’s no penalty.”

I understand that players sometimes have to stick up for their own, but how you can honestly say that this isn’t a penalty is beyond me.

Calling Perez ‘soft’ is possibly a fair reflection if you were assessing how he carried himself in general during his cameo role last night, however there’s nothing soft about the penalty incident. He’s got there ahead of the goalkeeper and he’s been clearly bundled over.

Looking at the clip below, it’s laughable that he thinks Luke Steele got the ball here:

  1. Your performance was the most embarrassing thing last night. No shots on target in 90 minutes against “lesser” opposition – who incidentally made 5 changes to their team compared to your 7. You lost, get over it.

  2. you’re centre half needs to get his eyes checked and be more honest, as for our performance yes it was very bad but we where not going to win the cup so better we are out, must say the forest fan with the whistle had a good game oh hang it was the so called ref, think he should go beck to learn the rules and the best thing that came out of that defeat was Ashley losses money 😆 😆 😆
