According to Italian outlet Calciomercato, Juventus are now lining up a move to sign Martin Dubravka in January.
The story states that the Juve boss Massimiliano Allegri is looking to sign a new goalkeeper to provide current number one Wojciech Szczesny with competition – and, if this report is true, it seems he likes the look of Dubravka.
Whether this proves to be accurate or not remains to be seen, however it did feel like a matter of time until a big side started being at least credited with an interest in the Slovakian.
He’s been an absolute class act since arriving in England in January, looking ice cool, an impecible all round goalkeeper and a great character who communicates brilliantly from the back.
That said, he seems settled and we will be in no rush to sell one of our most influential players – especially when there’s several areas of the first-team that are in dire need of strengthening – not weakening.
