Sky release footage of Almiron arriving at NUFC - & claim 3 more players could sign..
Sky Sports have released footage of Miguel Almiron arriving on Tyneside ahead of his £21m move from Atlanta.
The player boarded a flight from the US in the early hours and arrived in London earlier this afternoon - and he's just touched down in the north-east after flying in from the capital via helicopter.
He looks all set to sign following a medical, but Sky Sports' Keith Downie claims THREE more players could yet arrive - with Monaco's Barreca en-route, Benfica's Samaris 'in talks' and a winger also on Rafa's radar:
As far as Almiron is concerned, it seems he's a successful medical away from becoming a Newcastle United player - in a deal that would make him our new club record signing almost 14 years after Michael Owen's £17m move.
Let's hope his medical goes smoothly - although it seems those who know Almiron well aren't remotely worried about his fitness:
