Pictures emerge as Jacob Murphy completes late move to West Brom – & they look set to pay his wage in full

As confirmed by Sky Sports, West Brom have now completed the loan signing of Jacob Murphy.

The Chronicle’s Lee Ryder has also confirmed that the Baggies will pay his loan in FULL for the remainder of the season, with the deal said to be a loan with NO option to buy.

Here’s photo confirmation of his move to the Hawthorns from Sky’s Keith Downie:

It had been stated by Benitez just last week that he would NOT be allowed to leave unless a replacement arrived, however it seems Miguel Almiron’s ability to play out wide gives us another option in this area – as well as Antonio Barreca believed to be a VERY attack minded wing-back who could play as a left-midfielder at a push.

A good move for Murphy. He’s been rotting on our bench this season and has often looked woefully low on confidence or quality when we’ve seen him play in the FA Cup, so hopefully this loan move can do him the world of good.
