Richard Keys sends moronic tweet to Alan Shearer – But his response is absolutely perfect..

The infamous Richard Keys has done his best to get underneath Alan Shearer’s skin on Twitter after Sergio Aguero equalled his record for most hat-tricks in Premier League history.

Keys tweeted the following (with it clearly worded to goad him and belittle his record in comparison to that of the Argentine’s), but Big Al’s response was perfect – with him not giving Richard the satisfaction of a response to his childish tweet.

Aguero is certainly one of the best to grace the Premier League, along with Toon icon Shearer, but comparing such different players is often futile.

They are both Premier League legends in their own right but it is worth noting the quality of players Aguero has to play with is far higher than the teammates Sharer had during his time at NUFC – Babayaro, Amdy Faye and Des Hamilton to name a few!!

Keys is again trying to find ways to stay relevant and uses Twitter to get attention. Following on from his ridiculous claim that manager Rafa Benitez should personally fund transfers on Tyneside, the best approach is to ignore him, just as Shearer has done.

A few Newcastle fans couldn’t resist, mind:

  1. Shearer has rightfully been very supportive of Aguero. Don’t make it a competition between them. Merely see it as the bleatings of an odious creep Keys and his fat twin Gray

  2. What else could we expect from a washed up ****** like KEYS, he should stick to dating his daughters friends at least then he will have the same IQ.

  3. What a ****** this guy is haha. Shearer would’ve hit 40 goals every season playing in that city side. Aguero is class but Shearer was on another level in his prime. Richard Keys red and white striped one man army of total failure fails again. Inbred toss piece

So where is Shearer’s absolutely perfect response?

Do you feel you just have to try to rubbish everything that Keys says, everything that Ashley says, everything that anybody says who can be perceived as an enemy of the Toon, just for the sake of hits?

There’s no doubt Aguero’s achievement is phenomenal and you could argue that Shola Ameobi could have had 11 hat tricks playing for City, but surely you realise you’re struggling when you have to resort to that kind of argument?
