Unbelievable footage of Florian Lejeune emerges – “The man is a machine!”

Florian Lejeune had knee ligament surgery LESS than two months ago, yet the centre-back has been pictured kicking a ball again – and he’s still got it if the latest footage of him is anything to go by!

The Frenchman suffered yet another devastating ACL injury during our 1-0 home defeat to Crystal Palace back in April – his second in less than a year! – but he’s made incredible progress over the past few weeks.

Not only was he walking unaided just days after his operation and spotted doing some light ball-work last month, he’s now back on the football pitch – and he hasn’t lost much accuracy on those long balls if this clip is anything to go by:

Unbelievable stuff from the big man, who posted the above footage on his Instagram account over the weekend.

To come back from one ACL injury is good going, but to be progressing this well after his SECOND knee ligament injury in the space of a year is incredible.

Hopefully he can continue to step up his recovery and come back stronger at some stage next season.
