Steve Bruce has been filmed arriving in China and meeting the Newcastle United squad less than 24 hours after being named our new head coach, with the club’s official page also sharing pictures of him taking training.
Bruce signed a three-year deal with the club yesterday, with both him and his two assistants Agnew and Clemence immediately boarding a flight to join our pre-season tour in China.
He’s now arrived, with footage emerging of him wearing the training gear and stepping onto the team buss after arriving in Nanjing today:
He’s clearly keen to get straight to work after meeting up with his new squad, with him all set to take charge of the side for the first time on Saturday ahead of our Premier League Asia Trophy clash with West Ham.
With both ourselves and West Ham losing our opening games of the tournament yesterday, Saturday’s game against the Hammers (10am, Sky Sports) will be a third/fourth place play-off match.
Id have them out running laps until they collaspe after that catashope of a showing yestherday, bet the fans that renewed their season tickets are having a long look in the mirror this morning, paying to watch that rubbish? your having a laugh……
