According to reports in France, PSG left-back and long-term Newcastle target Stanley N’Soki is available to sign for just £6m this summer.
The 20-year-old talent has been repeatedly linked with a move to Newcastle United over the past three transfer windows, with Sky Sports confirming our interest in August last year.
The move never materialised, with him signing a pro contract in Paris last summer, however it seems he’s set for a permanent move away this summer after struggling to gain regular game time at the Parc des Princes.
As a result, L’Equipe now claim that PSG have now slapped a €7m (£6.2m) asking price on his head, with St Etienne said to be keen:
Considering he’s young, cheap, someone our scouts will be familiar with and a player with real potential who fits perfectly into Mike Ashley’s buying policy, it would make plenty sense for us to take a look here.
All that aside, we are in desperate need of a new left-back.
Achraf Lazaar may have returned to the club and Matt Ritchie may have been used as a wing-back recently, but another natural option in this area has been needed for a while.
What’s a transfer in?
Slug as likely to give strawberry place back as he is to let cabbage heed spend all his budget. Another relegation scrap, bored.
