A brilliant new compilation clip has emerged of Joelinton in action following his club-record move to Newcastle United.
The Brazilian bagged 11 goals and 9 assists in 35 appearances in Germany last season, with him described by many as one of the brightest young attacking talents in the Bundesliga prior to his arrival at St James’ Park.

As you can see from the clips above, the 6ft 1′ forward looks a real handful, with him appearing to possess a rare mix of power, pace and impressive dribbling.
He has big shoes to fill, with him replacing 12 goal, 7 assist striker Salomon Rondon (now in China!), but if this clip is anything to go by, he has the skills to become a real fans favourite on Tyneside.
I hope we get to play those defences every week.
