Moussa Sissako set to sign for NUFC or Brighton in the ‘coming hours’ – Fee agreed – RMC

According to RMC, young PSG centre-back Moussa Sissako is set to decide on a move to either Newcastle or Brighton in the ‘coming hours’.

The French outlet claim that both clubs have agreed a fee with the Ligue 1 side and offered 4-year proposals to the player, with us now waiting to hear his final decision.

This comes less than a week on from RMC’s report that stated we were in ‘advanced talks’ to sign the 18-year-old centre-back.

At the time, a 2m euro fee was reported, however it is no yet known what price the highly-rated French youth international would demand.

Before the inevitable questions arrive, t was NOT Sissako who was pictured holding up the shirt at St James’ Park yesterday – despite the fact Mark Douglas has since confirmed that the man spotted was a ‘U-23 addition’.

Here’s Sissako in action:

  1. I just hope we’ve bought the right Moussa sissoko. There’s a lot of them about and we don’t want the one who plays for Seghill Swifts!!
