Saint-Maximin destroys Sunderland fan with hilarious post on social media

Just when you think Allan Saint-Maximin couldn’t get more loveable, he’s just gone and put a bitter Sunderland fan in his place on Twitter in quite brilliant fashion.

This comes after a Mackem questioned why he was selected in Alan Shearer’s Premier League Team of the Week after no ‘goals or assists’ against West Ham, a comment ‘TheRokerEnd’ may be living to regret after what followed from the Frenchman.

Here’s what Saint-Maximin said in response:

It looks like someone’s already done their research on our North-East rivals!

Some won’t like the fact he’s very active on social media, but I for one absolutely love how he’s interacting with fans. What’s not to like about a humble young player who’s not only exciting on the pitch, but comedy gold off it!

Let’s hope he can cap off an entertaining week with another big performance and goal to show for it when Bournemouth come to town on Saturday.
