If there was going to be any Newcastle United player to lift our spirits during this coronavirus pandemic, it was always going to be Allan Saint-Maximin.
The French winger is explosive and exciting on the pitch, but has proved to be equally entertaining off it since making a £16.5m move from Nice last summer.
Today, the 23-year-old has shared a video of his work out from home, with all Newcastle United players told to go away and complete individual training programmes while the club’s Benton base is shut down.
As the clip below shows, he ‘missed that NUFC kit’, so decided to train in our full strip at his home!
In the comments reacting to the video above, Saint-Maximin was then asked by a fan ‘what are you going to do with no football’, to which he responded:
With Euro 2020 officially moved to 2021 and Premier League football not expected to return anytime soon, let’s hope ASM can continue to keep us entertained on social media!
Excellent lov it
