NUFC star deletes brilliant message to Toon fans – Daring to dream about a potential takeover?

Isaac Hayden posted a brilliant message to Newcastle fans on Twitter earlier today – only for it to be deleted moments later.

The midfielder paid tribute to Wor Flags one year on from their stunning display at St James’ Park, with him hoping we’ll see special moments like this return to Tyneside in the near future.

Here’s what he had to say (before it was taken down for some bizarre reason!):

“What a game, what an atmosphere.

“Fantastic flag display. What Newcastle United is about.

“Hopefully back to games and nights like this in the future.”

Now, Hayden may have just been looking ahead to the return of football at St James’ Park once this pandemic is finally over and all social distancing is lifted, but given Wor Flags have vowed to only return once Mike Ashley has sold up, many believe it’s him daring to dream about a potential takeover.

Either way, he’***** the nail on the head, proving once again just how much he ‘gets it’.

What we’d give for a packed St James’ Park with no Sports Direct signs, flag displays in full force and an electric atmosphere ahead of a potential new era at Newcastle United.

It’s a shame he’s had to delete such an uplifting tweet that we love to see from our own players, but hopefully it’s not long before we get the big news we’ve all been waiting for.

Then, and only then, we can start to get really excited about what’s to come!
