Alan Shearer has named Allan Saint-Maximin and Isaac Hayden in his Premier League team of the week.
Both players have received widespread praise on social media for their displays in our 3-0 win against Sheffield United on Sunday, a game which saw Saint-Maximin score and run the show, while Hayden put in an outstanding display in front of the back four.

Hayden has impressed this season in a holding role, and has been labelled the “unsung hero” of our team in recent times for his selfless displays in midfield.
Saint-Maximin is beginning to look like a real player in the Premier League, with his stellar performance earned him huge praise from Jamie Redknapp – who believes the Frenchman has a “big future” ahead of him.
Both lads thoroughly deserve their place in the team of the week, and have the perfect chance to capitalise on their good showing against Aston Villa tomorrow night!
