Wor Flags display spotted outside SJP in new warning to Steve Bruce & Mike Ashley – Photos

Wor Flags have come out and displayed a cutting and concise summary of Newcastle’s fortunes this season with a fantastic flag outside of St James’s Park stating: “Act late, seal your fate.”

Steve Bruce and Mike Ashley have been able to hide this season with the lack of supporter presence in the stadium and it currently feels that acts like these are desperately needed to voice our concerns as well as we can.

Here’s the photos from St James’ Park following tonight’s dismal 2-0 defeat at Aston Villa:

A series of hard-hitting display from Wor Flags and one that hits the nail on the head. The warning signs are there from previous years, but will we ever learn from those mistakes?

If there is still hope for a takeover in Mike Ashley’s mind then surely, he has to understand that sticking with Steve Bruce surely will seal the fate of relegation and the loss of the sale.

Ashley acted late in 2016 and gave too much time to Steve McClaren. This side is arguably worse than that one and he has to swing the axe soon.

Enough is enough.

  1. What gets me is Ashley not using his business head. For the sake of paying Bruce a severance it’s going to cost him a lot more if and when any takeover falls through. £1m against £300m just doesn’t make sense.

  2. Ed history tells him we’ll bounce straight back up. He’s a chancer, a risk taker so there is a good chance he’ll do nowt. I think if Bruce leaves it will be him jumping ship as the pressure builds. Bruce out Ashley out.

  3. This season was written by the takeover bs, either we were going to be the richest club or be a championship club and that clearly shows with all the terrible play and so called injuries. I’ve lost all faith in any decision the fellow geordie Bruce makes. He’s not bothered about Newcastle or its fans he’s a manc and always has been, we were screwed by the Premier league time to admit we will never be took over or prove we our a premier league team, ashley Bruce the whole foundation of NUFC is in the *******. The fans are being dismissed by all in charge, our voice is never heard the league is against our football club.

  4. Am I wrong in thinking that if we get relegated the Premier league have no say in any takeover. Ashley may not be able to demand 300m tho.
