If you fancied a Friday night laugh, you’ve come to the right place!
We didn’t have much to shout about in the 2nd half of Wednesday night’s win over Sheffield United, with us spending most of the final 45 minutes protecting our 1-0 lead, however there was one comical moment in the Gallowgate End that’s fortunately been caught on camera.
After Bogle fired over for the Blades late on, three Toon fans behind the goal attempted to return the high ball back to Martin Dubrakva – only for one (the man in the blue) to go flying into the supporter in front of him after opting for a diving header!
Watch the brilliant clip below, which brought a few laughs from fans in the stadium and has since gone viral!
Federico Fernandez would’ve been proud of that one!
On a slightly more serious note, we hope he’s OK and didn’t lose a tooth like Jonjo Shelvey did during the game!
Great to see fans back inside St James’ Park – even if it needs to come with a health hazard for some!
