New name linked with NUFC move – Euro 2020 centre-back now on Steve Bruce’s radar?

Newcastle United are keeping tabs on Scotland’s Jack Hendry and could launch a bid for the defender this summer, according to new reports.

The 26-year-old is set to feature as first choice centre half at this summer’s Euros and bagged the opener in Scotland’s 2-2 draw away to Holland last night.

Hendry has been plying his trade for Belgian side Oostende and is expected to complete a £2million transfer in the coming weeks following a successful loan spell from Celtic.

However, it is thought they are keen to sell him on for a tidy profit after exercising their option-to-buy clause, and media outlet 90min report that us, Burnley and a host of Championship clubs are interested.

He will likely start against England this summer at Wembley; keep an eye out Toon fans, as he will be getting tested against “Premier League” opposition for one of the first times in his career.

  1. WHAT’S all this about being on Bruce’s Radar / List???

Bruce spat his dummy when Newcastle didn’t sign Lingard and then didn’t want Willock…

…not speaking to him for a month = Child

Then we see what level Bruce is really at AS his ONLY players he had ANY say was Hendrick and the Backsliding Fraser

Both having NOTHING to do with NUFC staying up AND should be the ones to go with Bruce ASAP

The only list Bruce is concerned with is the Grog Shop list = guy is a clown and the fan’s have watched for 2 years just how incompetent he is and WAKE UP – we won’t be starting next season with either ASM or Willock

WE NEED A MANAGER ASAP = Lampard
