Revealed! The Staggering cost of NUFC's new Castore kit ahead of 2021/22 season
Toon fans will have to dig into their wallet if they are wanting to mirror how the NUFC players will look this season.
Prices unveiled on the club website place our full kit as one of the most expensive in the Premier League, with only Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and both Manchester clubs costing you more.
For those that play football themselves or, just weirdly want to walk around in the full kit, our shirt (£65), shorts (£38) and socks (£16) comes to a total of £119, a small fortune for material that probably costs buttons to make.
Remember, that is just for the home shirt; our away and third kit are yet to be unveiled and if you are keen enough to buy all three, you are going to be looking at an arm and a leg to wear what our players will be telling us this season.
Football clubs like ourselves lashed out at the start of the year over the proposal of a European Super League, with the damage to supporters often being cited as a cause for concern.
Moves like this show that we are still a mile off reclaiming the game for the everyday man on the street!
