FIFA 22 ratings revealed for Newcastle United as several Toon stars suffer downgrades

An underwhelming season last time out has seen Newcastle United downgraded in this year’s edition of FIFA.

FIFA 22 is set to be released on October 1 and player ratings often cause controversy around this time of year as they begin to be released.

Our star player is still Martin Dubravka, but the Slovakian showstopper has had a decrease from 83 to an 81.

Surprisingly, even Allan Saint-Maximin has seen his rating go down, with his score going from an 80 to a 79.

Nearly all of the Toon squad have been made worse on this year’s edition of FIFA, with Joe Willock and Karl Darlow the only exceptions to that rule. Both players are now ranked “Gold”, having been “Silver” in previous editions of the game.

£40million flop Joelinton has dropped to a “Silver” rating for the first time since his love to Tyneside, being marked at 74, while Ryan Fraser has suffered the biggest downgrade – going from 79 to 75.

Here’s our squad’s ratings in full ahead of FIFA 22’s release:
