Sky Sports issue Unai Emery update & reveal three back-up plans if NUFC move falls through

Sky Sports’ Keith Downie has issued a promising update on Unai Emery’s proposed move to St James’ Park.

Downie states that Emery held talks with our new owners over the weekend and believes he has ‘unfinished business’ in the Premier League following a spell with Arsenal.

Interestingly, it’s Sky Sports’ understanding that Eddie Howe, Roberto Martinez and Lucien Favre remain in the frame should a move for the Spaniard fall through, however the club appear to be confident he’ll be in the dugout for Saturday’s clash with Brighton at The Amex.
