Following our 1-0 defeat to Chelsea last weekend, we take on Everton at Goodison Park tonight in what’s being described as a ‘must-win’ game for the Toffees.
The teams are in ahead of the 7.45p kick off on Amazon Prime, seeing us line up as follows:
STARTING 11: Dubravka – Krafth, Schar (c), Burn, Targett – Willock, Guimaraes, Joelinton – Almiro, Wood, Fraser.
SUBS: Darlow, Lascelles, Dummett, Manquillo, Ritchie, Longstaff, Murphy, Saint-Maximin, Gayle.
So, Eddie Howe has reverted back to four in defence and made FOUR changes, seeing Emil Krafth, Joelinton, Joe Willock and Ryan Fraser come in for Javier Manquillo, Jamaal Lascelles, Sean Longstaff and Jacob Murphy.
Allan Saint-Maximin remains on the bench and Jonjo Shelvey has failed to make the squad after missing training through illness, while Fabian Schar captains the club for the very first time.
Elsewhere, Kieran Trippier (foot), Callum Wilson (calf), and Federico Fernandez (side strain) remain out through injury.
Here’s the side Frank Lampard has selected, with Dominic Calvert-Lewin only fit enough to make the bench – alongside ex-Mag Salomon Rondon – and Jordan Pickford and Donny van de beek both missing:
