According to an ‘exclusive’ from FootballTransfers, Paulo Dybala has rejected a potential move to St James’ Park this summer.
The £36m-rated Argentinian looks set to leave Juventus on a free transfer at the end of the season, however it’s said he prefers to remain in Italy.
As a result, Jacque Talbot reports that the 28-year-old has snubbed interest from Newcastle, Arsenal and Tottenham and instead looks likely to join Inter Milan.
This comes after Italian outlet Corriere dello released a piece last week claiming we were one of several clubs to who’d approached the Serie A star, with him being one of several soon-to-be free agents we appear to be tracking.
Others include Christian Eriksen (Brentford), Boubacar Kamara (Marseille), Jesse Lingard (Man Utd), Alessio Romagnoli (AC Milan) and Jason Denayer (Lyon), suggesting the club are keen to secure a few bargain buys to help us get a head start in our battle against Financial Fair Play restrictions.
