Wor Flags have sent a pre-match message to Newcastle United fans attending tonight’s game against Crystal Palace at St James’ Park.
They’ve urged supporters sat in the Gallowgate End to get in early, but to also wave the shiny gold flags that could be on your seat when the players enter the pitch ahead of the 7.45pm kick off.

Wor Flags’ message to fans attending Newcastle vs Crystal Palace:
Today’s display in the Gallowgate is to start as the players are walking out.
Certain seats behind the goal will have a gold flag on it, please do not move the flags away from these seats! And if you are lucky enough to have a gold shiny flag, get it waving!
The flags are in position to create a message when held up, so it’s imperative that they stay where they are.
Help spread the message to those in the ground who may not see these tweets and encourage them to get the flags up.
