Following our 1-0 win against Crystal Palace in midweek, we’re back on the road today and could make it four wins on the spin with a victory over Norwich City.
The teams are in ahead of the 3pmpm kick off at Carrow Road, seeing us line up as follows:
STARTING 11: Dubravka – Krafth, Lascelles (c), Burn, Targett – Guimaraes, S Longstaff, Willock – Murphy, Joelinton, Saint-Maximin.
SUBS: Darlow, Schar, Fernandez, Manquillo, Ritchie, Shelvey, Almiron, Gayle, Wood.
So, Eddie Howe has made FOUR changes, as Jamaal Lascelles, Sean Longstaff, Joe Willock and Jacob Murphy have come in for Fabian Schar, Jonjo Shelvey, Miguel Almiron and Chris Wood.
Time will tell, but the team sheet suggests Joelinton could be played higher up the pitch in this one, while Murphy comes in for a rare start against his former club.
Elsewhere, Kieran Trippier (foot), Callum Wilson (calf) remain out, with Ryan Fraser (hamstring) also missing after Howe admitted yesterday he was facing a “race against time” to play again this season.
Here’s the side Dean Smith has selected in what really is a must-win game for the hosts, seeing him make one change from their 3-2 defeat to Man Utd:
