Eddie Howe has made it very clear the type of players he wants to sign ahead of a busy window, stating it is “vitally important” that they know what it means to play for the club.
A number of players are expected to depart the club in the coming months with a whole list of replacements we are rumoured to be interested in and ready to sign.
With the first team squad likely to change dramatically over the next few windows, it’s crucial that we get the right kind of personalities in so that we don’t rock the boat of what is already a fairly steady ship.
Howe has used Bruno Guimaraes as an example of the type of player he’s looking for, someone who has “feelings of positivity when winning the game.”
With his January signings all having a huge impact on dragging us out of a relegation battle, it will be exciting for fans to see what other characters the 44-year-old can bring to improve the squad following today’s final day clash with Burnley.

There’s an expectation from the fans that players give their all for the shirt – absolutely. But that should be a bare minimum for every player shouldn’t it??? …. And when they do they get the best fans in the land backing them wholeheartedly ??♂️.
