Alan Shearer has named Sven Botman and man of the moment Miguel Almiron in his Premier League Team of the Week.
Both played key roles in Sunday’s 2-1 win over Tottenham; a victory which kept the unbeaten run going and sent us up to fourth in the table.
Almiron continued his stunning run of form in front of goal, grabbing his sixth of the season to make it 2-0 after leaving two Spurs players for dead and sliding past Lloris.
As for Botman, the big Dutchman put in another classy display at the back, keeping Kane and Son quiet as he was dominant in the air, quick on the ground and cool in possession.
Elsewhere, Shearer has picked the likes of Erling Haaland – who bagged another brace over the weekend – summer target Youri Tielemans and Manchester United’s Casemiro in his Premier League XI.
