Toon told World Cup winger will cost £35m after interest from Man Utd and Arsenal – Report

As reported by the Daily Mail, Newcastle have been told they will have to pay £35m to acquire Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic in January with Manchester United and Arsenal also interested.

With the USA winger entering the final 18 months of his contract, Premier League teams are keeping a keen eye on his performances during this World Cup with a potential January move on the horizon.

Newcastle had been interested in a loan deal in the summer, but were unable to come to an agreement with the London-based club; who may have been reluctant to do business with an emerging ‘big six’ rival.

Now, Chelsea are considering cashing in on their £58m singing in January with the 24-year-old making just three starting appearances in the Premier League this season.

With Blues boss Graham Potter not favouring the former Dortmund man and wanting to bring in his own signings, clubs have been made aware that they will need to pay around £35m for the winger in the next window.
